If the problem persists, test the device on another computer.To use the Bluetooth device click on the Bluetooth icon in the toolbar.Check in Device Manager if the Bluetooth adapter is correctly installed without any remarks.Once the installation is completed or when you are prompted by the installation manager, connect the Bluetooth Adapter directly to a properly working USB port without using a hub or an extension cable.
